Antonio Arturo Gonzales JR

Antonio Arturo Gonzales Jr., 43 of Las Vegas New Mexico passed away August 6th, 2025. He was born on September 18th, 1981 in Las Vegas to Antonio Gonzales Sr. and Priscilla Gonzales. Antonio was a graduate of West Las Vegas High School in 2000.

He began his career with the Las Vegas Fire Department in 2001 as a firefighter and later became a Lieutenant for the fire department where he served with dedication until his retirement in 2022. 

After retirement he worked for Allsups as a store clerk. Antonio's most enjoyable hobby was working on cars. He also enjoyed going for rides around town, fishing, and hanging out with his closest friends. 

He is survived by his mother Priscilla, his sisters Anna (Mark), Rita (Darian), Maria and her son, Torrey Jr. He is also survived by his two sons. 

He is preceded in death by his father Antonio Sr., grandparents, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
