Daniel Jacob Martinez, age 60, of Santa Fe, New Mexico, went to be with the Lord on January 29, 2026. He was born on July 6, 1965, to Ike and Paula Martinez. Throughout his life, he held a deep faith in God that guided his heart and brought him strength.

He was the loving father of his only child, Nicole. Although life’s circumstances sometimes created distance between him and those he loved, the love he had for his parents and daughter remained sincere and meaningful. His faith taught him the importance of grace, forgiveness, and hope—values he carried throughout his life.

Daniel was full of love and laughter. He was very handy and had a love for trucks and helping others. His smile will never be forgotten. He will be remembered for his warm spirit, his belief in God, and the love he carried in his heart for his family.

He is survived by his daughter, Nicole (Alan); his grandson, Noah; his granddaughter, Olivia; his brother and sisters; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who knew him.

Daniel was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Ike and Paula Martinez, and his brother, Ike Martinez.
