He was born May 4, 1980, Santa Fe, New Mexico, to Kathy Montoya and Frankie Malczewski. He is preceded in death by his father, Frankie Malczewski and step father Eppie Archie Montoya.
He is survived by his loving mother Linda Katherine Montoya, his brother Matthew Malczewski (Andrea) his two daughters, Kayla Alyssa Romero and Atianna Domonique Malczewski.
