Joe D. Almanzar, a former tennis star, born June 11, 1947, passed away on April 26, 2026. He is survived by his wife, two children, his grandchildren, and his siblings.Joe lived a beautiful life, raising his children and providing for his family. He was born and raised in Las Vegas, New Mexico. In 1975, he and his wife moved to Santa Fe, where they made their home.

Services for Joe will be held in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The Rosary will take place on Thursday, May 14, at 9:30 a.m. at Santa Maria de la Paz, with Mass to immediately follow at 10:00 a.m
