Luciano Benito Mendoza

Luciano Benito Mendoza, age 42, of Pecos, New Mexico, passed away on October 9,2025. He was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Luciano was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Stella Mendoza, his maternal grandparents, Pablo and Mercedes Carrillo, and his paternal grandparents, Benito and Mercedes Mendoza. He is survived by his cherished son, Isaiah Mendoza; his father, Luciano Mendoza Sr. (Geraldine); his sisters, Mercedes Perez (Edgar) and Cecilia Roybal (Danny); his brother, Dalio Mendoza; and his stepbrother, Urbano Jimenez. He is also remembered by his nephews Jude Encinias, Marco Perez, and Edmundo Perez, and his nieces Anali Roybal, Tillie Roybal, and Bella Jimenez.

Luciano will be remembered for his kind heart, his sense of humor, and the love he had for his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Rosary Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at 11 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church; 1301 Osage Avenue; Santa Fe, NM, 87505
