In Loving Memory of Miguel Salvador Villegas
It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved son, brother, father, and grandfather, Miguel Salvador Villegas. He gained his beautiful angel wings on June 13, 2025, surrounded by those who loved him dearly.
Miguel was devoted and loving, embodying the qualities of the best son, brother, father, and grandfather—truly having a heart of gold. All who knew him remembered a fun and enduring man with a big heart. He was incredibly proud of his children and adored his grandsons. He cherished God and his family every day, and despite enduring many challenges in life, he always emerged strong, fighting for what he wanted. Whether it was finding the energy to go to the gym twice a day, preparing the best meals for loved ones on special occasions, or reminding us that family comes first, he was an amazing soul.
Known for his kindness and caring nature, Miguel always made others feel heard and loved. His passion for weightlifting was unparalleled, and he inspired many generations with his motivation and compassion, striving to carry on our grandfather’s legacy. He was a guiding light in the gym, helping others pursue a healthier lifestyle, and his artistic talents were truly a gift from God.
Whether he was in the gym, the kitchen, or holding a paintbrush, Miguel accomplished what he set out to do. We are all beyond proud of his many accomplishments, and we will forever cherish the memories shared as a family. His love for fishing, spending time at the movies with Jay and Pops, and his infectious smile, laughter, and warm hugs will be sorely missed—today, tomorrow, and always.
Miguel is preceded in death by his grandparents: John Lupe Trujillo, Maria Hernandez, and Salvador Villegas, Sr., along with many other close relatives. He is survived by his loving grandmother Bertha F Garcia: loving parents: Salvador Villegas and Fran Gonzalez (Raul); his sons: Miguel Jr. Villegas(Alicia), Dominic Villegas, and Javian Villegas; and his seven siblings: Enrique Villegas, Zeke Villegas(Annmarie) Melody Villegas Lopez(Simeon)Nathaniel Gonzalez(Kailah), Natalia Gonzalez(Jose), Cain Gonzalez(Santana), and Juan Jose Aguilera.
A smile, a laugh, and a kind heart have touched many lives and will be forever remembered. Thank you for your love and support during this difficult time.
