It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Sebastian Velasco. Born on June 12, 1991, to Manuel Macias and Yvette Gould, Sebastian was known for his independence and unwavering spirit. He was recognized for his reliability, loyalty, and genuine nature, consistently supporting those around him both in times of need and companionship. Sebastian’s authenticity left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing him. Sebastian is preceded in death by his father, Manuel; mother, Yvette; maternal grandfather, Lucio; and paternal grandfather, Chris. He is survived by his children, grandmothers, siblings, uncles, aunts, cousins, girlfriend, friends, and extended family members who mourn his loss. His absence will be profoundly felt in daily life, in cherished memories, and among those who honor his legacy. 

A rosary will take place on May 15, 2026, at St. Anne’s Parish at 10:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m.
