Victor Mario Maestas

October 7, 1987 - July 18, 2025

Victor Mario Maestas, age 37 of Santa Fe unexpectedly passed away on Friday, July 18, 2025. Victor was preceded in death by his parents Yolanda Montoya and George Maestas Sr. who surely welcomed him with open arms; along with grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins. He is survived by his brother George; nephew Santiago and niece Isabella; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Victor was such a charismatic and charming young man that left us far too soon. He was a true jokester and never failed to make you laugh. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A Rosary and Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 19, 2025 starting at 10:00 am followed by a reception all held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Santa Fe, NM.

Victor’s ashes will be laid to rest along with his mother Yolanda and father George in Alcalde, NM at a later date; those who would like to join please see his brother George for those details.
